Some good results, some excellent performances that deserved better.
The Ladies 1s made it back to back wins with a 1v0 win thanks to another Jess Richardson strike. Maybe a brilliant display maybe not I know not at the moment.
The Ladies 2s retained the lead of 4NW after a less than convincing 1v1 draw with Cambridge South 5s. Helen Hansgate set the 2s on their way before South levelled up.
The 3s had the week off after a player shortage.
The M1s put in a real shift against Sudbury 1s and after slipping behind deservedly levelled through a sharp short corner finished off by Simon Donald. Chances fell to both teams but Sudbury snatched the win 2v1.
The M2s lost 1v0 to Colchester 3s in what I would imagine was another strong defensive display.
The M3s drew 1v1 with Bury 6s, Newmarket took the lead through Carl Alecock before Bury deservedly levelled from a flick.
