Welcome to Newmarket Hockey Club, Newmarket’s biggest amateur sports club.
Location
We play our home matches on the astro at Abbeycroft Leisure Centre, Exning Road, Newmarket CB8 0EB. Access is from Exning Road. Parking is available but there are restrictions and you should always park in a designated bay. In the event that the car park is full, alternative parking can be found at Newmarket Hospital on the opposite side of Exning Road. Changing rooms and facilities are provided within the Leisure Centre.
Training Times
Goalkeepers – Monday 20:00 to 21:00
Ladies 1’s and 2’s – Monday 19:30 to 21:00
Ladies 3’s and 4’s – Tuesday 19:30 to 21:00
Men – Wednesday 19:30 to 21:00
Home Kit
We play in yellow shirts, navy shorts and yellow socks.
Post-Match Teas
Teas are served at The Exning Road Club at 54 Exning Road almost opposite the entrance to the leisure centre car park. Parking is available directly opposite the club and due to the restrictions on parking at the leisure centre, we suggest you move your car after the match when you go to teas.
