Junior End of Season Awards

The weekend saw the juniors head to Thetford forest for their End of Season presentation. 

The weather was very warm, and a large area of the open space was fenced off due to the concerts hosted at the Forest in June, a new area was located which required some sleuthing skills from anyone attending. 

Juniors attended from 9:45 up until lunchtime having a picnic in the trees with other sports being played, badminton, football, frisbee, cricket to name the few that were known. 

Vicky opened the presentation at 1pm starting with the youngest age groups up to U14 boys and girls. The presentation ended with the re-awarding the Young Club Member Trophy by that trophies sponsor Insight Management Services Ltd in front of all the juniors. 

Following the awards, some of the juniors / adults went into the trees, others went for a bike ride around the site. 

Well done to all the winners and congratulations to all those who went on either Treetop Adventure Plus or Treetop Challenge. 

This is the second year the juniors have attended this venue but aware that I want to find other places to attend with the intention that no fee is expected to attend.
